1 with 2 twin beds, the other with full size bed, and the living room
has a sleeper sofa; Other rooms: full kitchen, private bath, washer and
dryer, cleaning fish station, and freezer space.
Rates: $175.00 per night for 4, extra person's over 4: $40.00 per night.

Check-in Time from 4 to 6 PM {Late or Early Check-Ins Must be Arranged}
There is a $40.00 extra person fee for all months of the year.
5% will be added to all Totals for Sales Tax and Fees.
Cancellation Policy: Up to 30 Days prior to
your reservation you may cancel and receive a refund of your deposit
minus a $60.00 Administration Fee. 60 Days for Multiple Room
Reservations. Inside 30 days you will forfeit
your deposit, if we cannot sell your reservation to someone else. ALL
RESERVATIONS MADE INSIDE 30 DAYS ARE NOT CANCELABLE. ALL FEES ARE
EARNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF YOUR RESERVATION. No Shows can be charged the
full amount of the Reservation. There are no refunds for Late arrival or
Early Departures. Refunds will be made as soon as possible within 120
days. We recommend purchasing Trip Cancellation Insurance. Hospitality
is our main concern, so if you have any questions, please ask us.
