There is a $20.00 extra person fee for all months of the year.

12% will be added to all Totals for Sales Tax and Surcharges.

CancellationPolicy: We subscribe to a Worldwide Reservation service called Innpoints. When your reservation blocks are availability calendar, no one else can make a reservation. Up to 30 Days prior to your reservation you may cancel and receive a refund of your deposit minus a $50.00 Administration Fee. 60 Days for Multiple Room Reservations. Inside 30 days you will forfeit
your deposit, if we cannot sell your reservation to someone else. ALL RESERVATIONS MADE INSIDE 30 DAYS ARE NOT CANCELABLE. ALL FEES ARE EARNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF YOUR RESERVATION. No Shows can be charged the full amount of the Reservation.There are no refunds for Late arrival or Early Departures. Refunds will be made as soon as possible within 120 days. We recommend purchasing Trip Cancellation Insurance. Hospitality is our main concern, so if you have any questions,please ask us.
